Chu Chu serves as a Lecturer in Psychology at Lafayette College, teaching PSYC 211: Industrial-Organizational Psychology and PSYC 304: Design & Analysis II during the 2024-2025 academic year as part of the newest faculty cohort.
Her research examines how psychological traits influence career trajectories through the lens of vocational interests and person-occupation fit. She develops practical assessment tools to translate theoretical insights into actionable career guidance frameworks, emphasizing real-world applications in occupational decision-making processes.
Outside academia, Chu Chu is an active student of Urasenke school Japanese tea ceremony (Chado), drawing from her prior involvement with the Japan House at University of Illinois to cultivate a similar mindful community at Lafayette.
