Chrystala Psathiti is a Lecturer in Architectural Design & Theory at Neapolis University Paphos and founder of Splace Architecture. Trained as an architect with a Diploma from the University of Cyprus, an MSc in Spatial Design from UCL’s Bartlett, and currently pursuing a PhD at the University of Cyprus (funded by the National Scholarship Foundation and Youth Board Cyprus). Her research explores architecture’s relationship with human behavior, urban morphology, and socio-spatial dynamics. She has contributed to European projects like EPUM, KAEBUP, and Innovaroom, and her work appears in journals like Space Syntax and international exhibitions including the Venice Biennale. As a practitioner, she has designed residential, commercial, industrial, and educational projects, earning an honorable mention for the Cultural Village of Lempa and School of Fine Arts in Florina, Greece.
