Christy M. Walcott is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at East Carolina University (ECU), specializing in School Psychology and Pediatric School Psychology. She serves as the Graduate Program Director for the School Psychology and Pediatric School Psychology programs. Her research focuses on academic and social-behavioral achievement in underserved youth, attention-related challenges in education, and the impact of health conditions like sickle cell disease on student outcomes. She holds licenses as a NC Licensed Psychologist and Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP).
