Christos Kolympiris serves as Associate Professor in the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Group at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, following prior faculty appointment at University of Bath School of Management.
He earned his PhD in Applied Economics from University of Missouri - Columbia with Kauffman Foundation funding.
His research centers on innovation economics and management, with emphasis on entrepreneurial finance, knowledge transfer, technology commercialization, and scientist mobility. Key domains include venture capital dynamics, intellectual property strategies, academic entrepreneurship, knowledge spillovers, and biotechnology applications within industrial clusters.
