Christopher de Graffenried

Christopher de Graffenried serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Molecular Microbiology and Immunology at Brown University. He is a core faculty member in the HHMI Science Education Alliance-Phage Hunters Advancing Genomics and Evolutionary Science (SEA-PHAGES) program, which provides nationwide undergraduate research experiences in bacteriophage discovery and genomic analysis.

His research focuses on bacteriophage genomics and microbial evolution, with primary interests in:
