Christopher Wanstreet

Christopher Wanstreet serves as a Course Instructor at the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), specifically within the School of Systems & Logistics. He is prominently associated with the Advanced Logistics Readiness Officer Course (ALROC), a 13-week senior leader development program administered by AFIT's School of Systems & Logistics and hosted at Fort Lee (now Fort Gregg-Adams), Virginia, in collaboration with Army Sustainment University.

Dr. Wanstreet's expertise centers on military logistics systems, with particular focus on strategic-level logistics planning and joint operations. His instructional role involves preparing senior USAF Logistics Readiness Officers (21R career field) for operational and strategic leadership positions across the Joint Staff, Headquarters Air Force, NATO, and various combatant commands. The ALROC program he teaches is selective, requiring approval through career field development teams, and prepares officers for key O-5 and O-6 billets while awarding special experience identifiers upon completion.
