Christopher R. Drahozal is the John M. Rounds Professor of Law at the University of Kansas School of Law. He specializes in the law and economics of dispute resolution, particularly arbitration, and has authored multiple books and articles on commercial arbitration. His work has been presented globally and he has testified before Congress and state legislatures. Recognized for teaching excellence with the Immel Award (2004), Drahozal’s career includes clerkships at the U.S. Supreme Court (Justice Byron White) and the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal, as well as private practice at Sidley & Austin. He served as Associate Dean for Research and Faculty Development (2009–2016) and is a member of the American Law Institute.
