Christopher R. Deluzio, JD, serves as the Policy Director at the University of Pittsburgh Institute for Cyber Law, Policy, and Security (Pitt Cyber), specializing in the intersection of technology and civil rights, particularly voting rights and government algorithms. He previously held the role of law and policy scholar at Pitt Cyber and contributed to the Blue Ribbon Commission on Pennsylvania’s Election Security.
