Christopher Lewis is an Associate Professor at the University of Oxford, affiliated with Christ Church College. He served as Dean of Christ Church from 2003 to 2014. His academic journey includes a BA in Theology/Sociology from the University of Bristol (1969) and a PhD in Theological Methods from the University of Cambridge (1974). He taught doctrine and ethics at Ripon College and Cuddesdon Theological College (1976–1982).
