Christopher J. McLaughlin is an Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Theology at Boston College. He specializes in patristic theology, focusing on trinitarian and christological controversies of the 4th–5th centuries, the works of Marius Victorinus, and Byzantine ascetical traditions. His research bridges theology with philosophy, particularly exploring imagination’s role in mediating between mind and senses, influenced by Platonic thought to Samuel Taylor Coleridge.
