Clifton Ward is an Associate Professor of Church History and Theology and Department Chair of Biblical & Theological Studies at Covenant College since 2022. His research focuses on the history of Christianity (particularly patristic and medieval periods), early Christian theology, and spiritual traditions. Ward holds a PhD from Durham University alongside degrees from Southern Seminary and the University of Tennessee.
