Christopher Holt

Christopher Holt is an Associate Professor, Teaching Stream at the University of Waterloo. Previously, he held roles as a Sessional Instructor at McMaster University’s DeGroote School of Business (2017) and a Professor at Seneca College (2015–2016). His expertise spans entrepreneurship education, alternative investments, and consulting.

Education: PhD in Education from OISE/University of Toronto (focusing on entrepreneurship identity), MBA from Duke University, and BComm from Queen’s University. He holds certifications as a Certified Management Consultant and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Research interests include entrepreneurship pedagogy, entrepreneurial identity formation, and the interplay between education and economic policy.
