Christopher Healey

Dr Christopher Healey is an Hon. Associate Professor at the School of Culture, History & Language, The Australian National University. He holds a PhD and BA in relevant disciplines. His research focuses on Indigenous Ecological Knowledge, Ethnobiology, Ecological Anthropology, Economic Anthropology, Melanesian Ethnography, and Eastern Indonesian Ethnography. Over 18 years (2003–2020), his work bridges cultural adaptation, human-environment interactions, and cross-cultural comparisons.
