Christopher C. Imes

Christopher C. Imes, PhD, RN, is an Associate Professor and Vice Chair for Administration at the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing. He serves as a Scholarship Facilitator and is affiliated with the Center for Sleep and Circadian Science and the Center for Bioethics and Health Law.

• Research Focus: Multidimensional sleep health (MDSH), cardiometabolic health, shift work impacts on nurse wellness, fatigue countermeasures, and genomic influences on cardiovascular disease.
• Teaching: Primary instructor for NUR 1651 (Health Care and Nursing Science in Switzerland), guest lectures in ethics, health promotion, and human genetics courses.
