Christophe SUEUR serves as a Lecturer at Centrale Lille, maintaining dual offices at Centrale Lille (C327b, Scientific City) and ESPRIT (S3.21, Scientific City). He is actively affiliated with the SoftE research team within the CRIStAL laboratory, where he supervises doctoral research across engineering disciplines.
His research spans Control Systems, Robotics, and Multi-agent Systems, with emphasis on autonomous navigation for robotic satellites, estimation/control of dynamical systems with unknown inputs, consensus control protocols for linear multi-agent networks, and assistive robotics applications like wheelchair robotization. His work integrates Bond Graph methodologies for diagnosis and control in complex systems.
Dr. SUEUR has supervised six doctoral theses, including Loic Bal's work on heterogeneous robotic satellite navigation, Joel Abraham Gonzalez Vieyra's renewable energy-focused control systems (2019), Dongxue Jiang's event-triggered consensus control, Yehya Sharif's communicating wheelchair robotization, Evgeny Tarasov's Bond Graph approach to unknown input estimation (2015), and DIARY's research. His SoftE team contributions drive innovations in control theory and real-world robotic implementations.
