Dr. Christoph Wu is a Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour at Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia. He holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge and an MSc from the London School of Economics. His research focuses on sustainable HR practices in multinational corporations, ESG metrics diffusion, and mixed-method methodologies integrating network theory. He currently co-leads Athena Swan initiatives and serves on the Research Ethics Committee.

Research Interests: Combines sociological approaches with business expertise gained from his prior career in fund management. Labs/Teams: Member of Employment Systems and Institutions research group. Co-Director of Equality and Diversity initiatives promoting institutional equity.
