Christine Webster is a Nuu-chah-nulth woman from the Ahousaht Nation and an Assistant Professor at the College of Interdisciplinary Studies, Royal Roads University. She is also a member of the Emerging Indigenous Scholars Circle, focusing on Indigenous knowledge systems at the intersections of identity, leadership, and education.

- 2025 (expected): PhD in Leadership Studies, University of Victoria
Research Interests
Her work explores tensions and synergies between Indigenous and Western frameworks, aiming to strengthen Indigenous-non-Indigenous relationships through decolonization and cultural resurgence. Key areas include reciprocal mentorship, trans-systemic knowledge exchange, and Indigenous pedagogies.
