Christine Spadola

Dr. Christine Spadola is an Assistant Professor at UT Arlington's School of Social Work, focusing on health disparities and behavioral interventions. Her research examines sleep health promotion, mental health, and substance misuse, particularly in vulnerable populations.

With nearly 20 years of clinical and research experience, she develops accessible interventions including yoga and mindfulness approaches. Her work has been funded by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine Foundation, Harvard University, and NIH. Recent publications analyze educational policies and sleep health interventions.
