Judge Christine Nowak is a Jaworski Fellow Adjunct Faculty Member at Baylor Law School and currently serves as the Judge of the 493rd Judicial District Court in Collin County. She previously served as a U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Texas (2015–2023). Her career spans extensive experience in complex litigation, mediation, and legal education.

Research/Practice Focus: Specializes in litigation, mediation, and dispute resolution, with expertise in commercial, business, and estate law. Known for her work in federal and state court cases, including securities fraud, intellectual property disputes, and breach of fiduciary duty.
