Christine Hill, MEd, is an Instructor in the HS Dual Credit program, bridging Highland Park High School and Loyola University Chicago. She has taught since 1992 in Physics Honors, Biology, and AP/Environmental Science, with a focus on curriculum development. Affiliated with Loyola's School of Environmental Sustainability, her work includes Arctic vegetation research and College Board consulting.
Education: BS in Natural Science and Education from University of Wisconsin-Madison (1992), MEd in Curriculum and Instruction from National Louis University. She contributed to AP Environmental Science objectives for the College Board, served as a consultant, and collaborated on the Circumpolar Arctic Vegetation Map through extensive fieldwork in the Canadian Arctic.
Recognitions include Toyota International Teacher of the Year (highlighting global environmental education) and Superintendent’s Recognition Award. Her teaching integrates dual credit programs and interdisciplinary approaches to environmental science. Current roles involve high school-university collaboration and science education innovation.
