Christina Zuber

Christina Zuber is a Professor in the Department of Politics and Public Administration at the University of Konstanz and serves as Principal Investigator for research projects including "Mobilizing Inequalities: From Grievances to Conflict" and the Administrative Inequality initiatives (AdmIn and AdmInCit). During the 2024/25 academic year, she holds a Jean Monnet Fellowship at the European University Institute in Florence, maintaining her Konstanz affiliation through departmental contact channels.

Her research examines Party Politics and Comparative Federalism through the lens of Nationalism and Ethnic Politics, with empirical focus on Immigrant Integration systems. She investigates how administrative practices generate inequality for foreign nationals in Germany, particularly regarding citizenship applications and grievance mobilization into political conflict.

Her scientific recognition includes the prestigious Jean Monnet Fellowship awarded by the European University Institute for advanced research in European integration studies during 2024/25.
