Christina Lodder is an Honorary Fellow in the Department of History of Art at the University of York. Her research focuses on early 20th-century Russian art, particularly Constructivism and Suprematism, and their global influences. She has held significant roles such as President of the Malevich Society (since 2013) and co-editor of the Russian History and Culture series. Lodder’s work bridges academic scholarship with public engagement through curatorial projects, exhibitions, and conference organization.

Key Contributions: She has authored/co-authored over 100 articles and edited numerous volumes, including Russian Constructivism (1983) and Celebrating Suprematism (2019). Her current project investigates Moscow’s Vkhutemas art school.
