Christina Lee Kim is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Undergraduate Psychology Department at Biola University's Rosemead School of Psychology. A licensed clinical psychologist with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Rosemead, she specializes in cross-cultural psychology, Asian-American mental health, and qualitative research methods.

Her research examines intersections between multicultural psychology and religious contexts, focusing on Korean-American clergy responses to intimate partner violence, financial well-being in seminarians, and discrimination experiences in Christian academia. Recent work explores cultural humility in supervision relationships and media influences on South Korean body image.
Active in professional presentations at APA conventions and National Multicultural Summit conferences, Dr. Kim addresses topics like therapist authenticity in sociopolitical stress, faith deconstruction journeys, and racial justice complexities. She serves as a worship leader at Crossway OC church and resides in Fullerton with her family.
