Todd Hall is a Professor of Psychology at the Rosemead School of Psychology, Biola University, and a Faculty Affiliate in the Harvard Human Flourishing Program. He serves as a Senior Fellow for the Association of Biblical Higher Education (ABHE) and is a licensed psychologist with a psychodynamic psychotherapy practice.

His research focuses on relational spirituality, spiritual development, and the integration of psychology and theology. He has developed widely used spiritual assessments such as the Spiritual Transformation Inventory and SpiritPulse, alongside tools like the Motivation Code and Flourishing Assessment. His work bridges attachment theory, relational psychoanalysis, and organizational culture.
Recent articles explore mobile religious practices, spiritual self-awareness, and attachment to God. His 2022 book, The Connected Life, outlines a relational spirituality paradigm for transformation. He has received awards including the Martin Institute MIDWC Book Award (2021) and the Margaret Gorman Early Career Award (2001).
