Dr. Christina Greene is a Senior Social Scientist with the Climate Assessment for the Southwest (CLIMAS) program at the University of Arizona. Her work integrates qualitative social science with human-environment geography to address societal impacts of climate hazards like droughts and wildfires. She leads interdisciplinary teams to co-produce climate knowledge that informs adaptation policies, focusing on equity, justice, and resilience in rural communities across the U.S. Southwest.
