Dr. Christian Steglich is an Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology at the University of Groningen's Faculty of Behavioural and Social Sciences. His research focuses on stochastic network modeling, social networks, and adolescent behavior, with particular emphasis on peer influence, friendship dynamics, and network co-evolution. He is part of the SIENA software development team for dynamic network analysis.
