Christian Kunze is a Professor of Classical Archaeology at the University of Regensburg since 2006. His academic journey began with studies at Bern and Berlin, culminating in a 1994 doctorate and 2004 habilitation. He has served as editor for the publication series Antike Plastik since 2008 and played leadership roles, including Dean (2013–2015) and Senate member (since 2017) at Regensburg.
