Dr. Christian Brakenridge is a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at Swinburne University of Technology's School of Health Sciences and collaborates with the Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute (Melbourne) and the South-eastern Finland University of Applied Sciences. His work focuses on 24-hour behaviors (sitting, standing, activity, sleep) and their impact on cardiometabolic health, particularly in type 2 diabetes and obesity populations.
