Chrissie Iles is the Anne and Joel Ehrenkranz Curator at the Whitney Museum of American Art, focusing on contemporary art, film and video, and art of the 1960s and 1970s from a global perspective. She has curated significant exhibitions, including co-organizing three Whitney Biennials (2004, 2006, 2024) and solo exhibitions such as 'Sharon Hayes: There’s So Much I Want to Tell You' and 'Cauleen Smith: Sojourner'.
