Chris Perry is an Associate Professor and Associate Dean of Graduate Education at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s School of Architecture. He directs the Master of Science in Architecture program at the Center for Architecture, Science and Ecology in Brooklyn. Perry has held visiting professorships at Yale, Rice, and other institutions, and earned a Master of Architecture from Columbia University (with an Honor Award for Excellence in Design) and a B.A. in philosophy from Colgate University.

Perry’s research focuses on the intersection of architecture, landscape, and the postnatural, with curatorial projects like Ambiguous Territory exploring these themes. His work has been exhibited at prestigious venues including the Venice Architecture Biennale, Centre Pompidou, and Storefront for Art and Architecture.
Notable awards include the MacDowell Colony Fellowship and Architectural League of New York’s Young Architects Award. His collaborative practice servo was recognized in Architectural Record’s Design Vanguard and shortlisted for the MoMA PS1 Young Architects Program.
