Dr. Chris Martin is a Scientia Fellow (Level C) at the University of New South Wales, holding a position equivalent to Associate Professor within the City Futures Research Centre in the School of Arts, Design & Architecture. With extensive expertise in housing policy and law, Martin has established himself as a leading authority on rental housing, housing affordability, and tenancy law in Australia. His dual background in economics and law provides a strong foundation for his interdisciplinary research on housing markets and policy.
Dr. Martin completed his academic training at the University of Sydney, earning a Bachelor of Economics (Social Sciences) with First Class Honours, a Bachelor of Laws with Second Class Honours, and a Doctor of Philosophy.
