Chris Marczak serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Ed.D. Online program at Trevecca Nazarene University's Office of Graduate and Adult Education. He concurrently holds the position of Chief of Instructional Leadership for the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Pacific Region, overseeing professional development for educational executives across Japan, Okinawa, Guam, and Korea. Previously, he served as Superintendent of Maury County Public Schools, managing 23 schools, a $130M budget, and over 1,000 staff. His expertise spans educational leadership, instructional systems, and executive coaching in military-connected education systems.
He has adjunct teaching experience at Lipscomb University and Middle Tennessee State University, focusing on master’s and doctoral education programs. Currently based in Okinawa, Japan, his work emphasizes strategic leadership and systemic improvements in education administration.
