Kesha L. Walrond is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership at Lipscomb University's College of Education. Her career spans over 20 years in Metro Nashville Public Schools (MNPS), including roles as principal of Thomas A. Edison Elementary School and Carter-Lawrence Math and Science Magnet School, assistant principal, and 3rd-grade teacher. She transitioned to academia to mentor aspiring educational leaders and share effective instructional practices.
