Choua Lee is a Hmong Instructor at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she has taught Hmong language courses since 2007. She coordinates and teaches intensive Hmong classes for the Southeast Asian Studies Summer Institute (SEASSI) and actively develops instructional materials using a communicative approach. Her expertise spans Hmong language education, instructional technology, and ESL teaching for adult learners.

Choua collaborates with colleagues to enhance educational technology use and advocates for culturally responsive language instruction. She contributes to the ALC Regional Centers and supports Hmong language preservation efforts.
