Dr. Chloe Rayner is a Research Officer in Health Data Science at Swansea University's School of Psychology, Faculty of Medicine, Health and Life Sciences. She currently leads a grant project titled 'Look Back to Move Forward' (2023–2026) collaborating with veterans to develop timeline-based assessments of gambling, alcohol use, and mental health. This project aims to identify critical stages in veterans' journeys and monitor treatment progress. Her recently completed PhD at Swansea University focused on harm-reduction interventions for music festival attendees using substances, addressing substance use patterns and barriers to help-seeking. With over ten years of experience in frontline services, Chloe has worked with hard-to-reach groups in drug/alcohol, probation, and homelessness sectors.
Education: PhD in Psychology (Swansea University, 2024). Research Interests: Mental health interventions, addiction epidemiology, harm reduction strategies, and health data analytics.
