Dr. Chloe Maclean is a Lecturer in the School of Education and Social Sciences at the University of the West of Scotland. Her research focuses on gendered embodiment, power relations in sport, and social inequality. She leads projects on menstruation in karate, domestic abuse during the pandemic, and policy advocacy for care in Scotland.
