Chiara Ciccarelli is a Professor of Physics at the Cavendish Laboratory, University of Cambridge. Her research focuses on spin-dynamics in magnetically ordered materials, superconducting spintronics, and ultrafast spin phenomena. She holds a Royal Society University Research Fellowship and has been recognized with the Wohlfarth Lectureship (2023) and an ERC Consolidator Grant. Ciccarelli leads a research group exploring spin-orbitronics, superconducting spintronic devices, and time-resolved THz spectroscopy for studying picosecond-scale spin dynamics.
