Cheryl Armstrong is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Psychological Science department at Fitchburg State University's School of Health and Natural Sciences. She teaches courses including Intro to Psychological Science, Research Design & Analysis I/II, and Advanced Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with office hours held in McKay Complex 270.

Her research focuses on workplace discipline and work-family issues, particularly examining dynamics in work-family surveys.
