Cherie Zischke

Cherie Zischke is Course Director and Head of Discipline for Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University, with an adjunct appointment as Assistant Professor at Bond University. Her research addresses access barriers to paediatric physiotherapy services through technological innovations.

Research focuses on paediatric physiotherapy service delivery models, telehealth applications for remote communities, developmental disability interventions, and family-centered care approaches. Current work examines how digital technologies can improve access to care in rural and underserved regions.

Recent publications demonstrate a commitment to participatory research methods, including studies that amplify children's voices through creative methodologies and promote child rights in healthcare settings.
