Dr. Chengshan Xiao is a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Lehigh University. He holds prestigious fellowships from IEEE and the Canadian Academy of Engineering. Previously, he served at Missouri University of Science & Technology, Tsinghua University, the University of Alberta, and the University of Missouri-Columbia. He has also held visiting professorships in Germany and Hong Kong, and worked as a senior member of Nortel Networks' scientific staff.

Leadership & Service: He has served as Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications and held multiple roles in IEEE, including Vice President for Conferences and Publications within the Communications Society. He is a founding chair of the Technical Committee on Wireless Communications and has organized major conferences like ICC 2010.
Labs & Infrastructure: Co-founded the Keysight Technologies Lab at Lehigh University, advancing research in advanced communications and networked systems.
