Cheng Lu is a Research Fellow at the Oxford University Centre for Corporate Reputation, Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. His research focuses on social entrepreneurship, civil society organizations, and institutional dynamics in China. He collaborates with Paulo Savaget on examining the legitimation of social enterprises in China, exploring how social entrepreneurship concepts have evolved in the Chinese context. Cheng also contributes to the Skoll Centre Systems Change Observatory, advancing systems change theory.
