Chen Cai

Chen Cai is a Teaching Associate Professor in the Perella Department of Finance at Lehigh University. She joined the university in 2021 as a professor of practice in finance and serves as Director of the Financial Services Lab. Her research and teaching focus on international finance, mergers and acquisitions, executive compensation, and corporate governance. She teaches Global Finance (FIN 333/GBUS-473).

As Director of the Financial Services Lab, she integrates academic research with practical financial strategies. Her work emphasizes interdisciplinary approaches to contemporary financial challenges.
