Chela Myesha Delgado

Chela Delgado is a Lecturer at the University of California, Berkeley's School of Education and serves as the secondary Humanities Faculty Advisor for the Berkeley Teacher Education Program (BTEP). With 17 years of teaching experience in Humanities across Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Oakland, she specializes in education equity, racial justice, and curriculum development. Her work addresses systemic inequities in education, including privatization and the conceptualization of the achievement gap.
