Charlotte Walker

Charlotte Walker is a BBSRC Discovery Fellow researching algal carbon utilization mechanisms at the University of York's Centre for Novel Agricultural Products.

Her work examines algal CO2 concentrating mechanisms (CCMs) and coccolithophore biomineralization, with focus on HCO3- transport pathways and calcium carbonate formation processes in marine phytoplankton.
