Charlotte Poling is an Assistant Professor and Department Chair in the Department of Fashion & Design at Lipscomb University, part of the George Shinn College of Entertainment & the Arts. With over 20 years in the fashion industry, she previously founded The Bride Room, a luxury bridal boutique in Nashville, and co-founded The White Dress Society, an international bridal industry forum. She serves on Lipscomb's Board of Advisors for both the Fashion & Design program and the George Shinn College, focusing on modernizing fashion education.
