Dr. Charlotte Backerra is a Senior Lecturer for Modern History at Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt, with academic affiliations at Georg-August-Universität Göttingen, Technische Universität Darmstadt, Universität Stuttgart, and Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz. Her research and teaching focus on early modern European history, dynastic structures, economic history, diplomatic practices, and intelligence studies.
