Associate Professor Charles Edo de Bock is an Associate Professor and Team Leader at the Lowy Cancer Research Centre, University of New South Wales (UNSW). He holds a conjoint Senior Lecturer position in the Faculty of Medicine at UNSW Sydney. His research focuses on T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL), leveraging functional genomics and mouse models to develop targeted therapies.

Research Interests:
- Molecular and cellular mechanisms of blood cancers, particularly T-ALL
- Functional genomics approaches to identify therapeutic targets
- Development of mouse models for leukemia research
- Epigenetic profiling and targeted therapies for pediatric leukemia

Advising: Currently supervising projects in long read sequencing for T-ALL, epigenetic profiling of relapse-initiating cells, and FAT1 cadherin targeting in leukemia.
