Charles Cush

Charles Cush is an Adjunct Professor at St. Catherine University, teaching Strategic Marketing (MKTG 4300). He focuses on equipping students with business and leadership skills through real-world case studies and practical applications. With over 25 years of industry experience in marketing and sales at Fortune 500 companies like Johnson & Johnson, Baxter, and Medtronic, he brings extensive expertise to academia.

He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Maryland. Charles serves on the Board of Directors of McHenry Savings Bank, overseeing its transition to a publicly traded entity, and has been an elected member of the Naperville CUSD 203 Board of Education since 2016. He resides in Naperville, Illinois, and is committed to community education.
