Dr. Charles M. Boisvert is a Professor in the Department of Counseling, Educational Leadership, and School Psychology at Rhode Island College's Feinstein School of Education and Human Development. He holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Rhode Island (1999) and an MA in Agency Counseling from Rhode Island College (1991).
