Charles Baker is a Lecturer and Adjunct Faculty member in the University of Miami School of Law's Entertainment, Arts, and Sports Law LL.M. Program. He is also a distinguished lecturer at NYU’s Tisch Institute for Sports Management, Media, and Business. His expertise spans sports and entertainment law, with a focus on high-stakes transactions and investments in professional sports franchises globally.

Research Interests: Baker specializes in sports law transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), ownership structures, and strategic partnerships in global sports leagues. He founded Blue Crow Sports Group, owning clubs in La Liga, Liga MX, and UAE leagues. He also serves on the March of Dimes and Leukemia & Lymphoma Society boards.
Labs/Teams: Founder of Blue Crow Sports Group; advisory roles at USA Triathlon, Sports Data Lab, and the Professional Women's Hockey League (PWHL).
